I don't really mind who played in it :) While watching dramas, I focus on the storyline and the acting more than the person doing it :D

I've tried Risou no Musuko but I don't really like it. But I want to try Hotaru no Hikari. Is it good?

I have yet to meet ANYONE who dislikes Nodame Cantabile. SERIOUSLY. I LOVE Proposal Daisakusen and I LOVE HanaDan, yet I'll meet people who dislike these dramas, but the thing we always agree on is Nodame Cantabile.

Love Shuffle (pretty hilarious, has really cool people in it)
I heard Hotaru no Hikaru was good (I'm pretty lazy on watching Non-Arashi dramas which is why I haven't seen it).
I wanna watch Liar Game, but I'm so lazy.
Mm... yeah, I tend to keep to Arashi dramas for the last 5 years, and I only recommend the dramas that I love, not really that I survived.

But I didn't like Last Friend (saying so cause someone recommended it). My friend did but that's cause she love Ueno Juri and she's like, "It happens! Girls stay in abusive relationships!" But I'm like, "THAT DOESN'T MEAN I WANNA WATCH DUMBASSES BE EVEN MORE DUMBASS-IER!!" That drama was wretched.

Oh, and sad dramas:
1 Litre of Tears
14 Year Old Mother

Oh, and there's Dragon Zakura which'll make you wanna study, and Tumbling which I heard makes you wanna do gymnastics.

Or you can just choose another actor you might like. Like Eita's fun, Nino loves Takeuchi Yuuko, and Kimura Takuya is supposed to be good or whatever, in dramas anyways.

I wanted to watch "IS", but is it really that good? And Asuko March too. Can you tell me what the story is about?

It seems nobody has recced Code Blue 1, sp, 2 yet, so I'll say those -- really loved them. I liked Buzzer Beat too. And I'll second the person who said Long Vacation before me. And if you don't mind even older stuff then 101st marriage proposal and some later seasons of 3-nen B-gumi Kinpachi Sensei? (you know, the one Nino failed the audition for. =P) There are also other classics like sekai no chuushin de ai wo sakebu...

It's a bit weak, but you could give Taiyou no Kisetsu a try, has Takki and chibi!Yabu. Also, one of my fav dramas of all time is Waraeru Koi wa Shitakunai, it's a 3 ep Christmas SP and it's out of season but definitely great, I rewatch it every Christmas.

You're like the only person I know who's watched QED in the JE fandom. XD Kind of backwards of your request, what did you think about Boku to Star no 99nichi? I was thinking of watching it when there's time but I wanted to hear some feedback first.

I really like old dramas so I will definitely try 101st Marriage Proposal and Kinpachi sensei :)

Hm, Boku to Star no 99nichi? It's a very light-hearted drama, the one that you shouldn't get serious about. Watch it, have fun with it, and then that's it. It's a romance story too so yeah, if you think you can't handle romance, better not watching it LOL

MY BOSS, MY HERO (Stars Nagase Tomoya, Aragaki Yui and Tegoshi Yuya. Story revolves around this Mafia guy who decides to go back to High School. Really funny.)

Tiger & Dragon (Stars Okada Junichi and Nagase Tomoya. About a Mafia guy (again, portrayed by Nagase) who wants to be a comedian/rakugo storyteller and a son of a famous comedian/rakugo storyteller who wants to be a fashion designer xD)

Papa to Musume no Nanokakan (STARS Taichi Hiroshi, Aragaki Yui and Kato Shige. About a father and daughter who grew apart but suddenly find themselves with their mind and soul in the other's body. Kinda like Freaky friday. Funny and short, only has 7 episodes)

Nodame Cantabile (Stars Ueno Juri and Tamakai Hiroshi. All sorts of awesome and Ueno Juri was hilarious! I highly recommend this :D)

SP (Stars Okada Junichi. If you like action-packed/suspense dramas, this one is pretty good. )

Hana Kimi (Stars Horkita Maki, Oguri Shun and Ikuta Toma. The boys/Classmates are the ones who bring the fun in this drama IMO ESP TOMA, or maybe I just don't like Maki that much xD)

I think I will try Papa to Musume no Nanokakan. Sounds good~

1. Kisarazu cats eyes (okada junichi-v6, sakurai sho-arashi, matsumoto takashi and sato ryuta in one dorama. really2 fun to watch, the story is both funny and touching, i know youve watched all dramas with arashi members in it-but in case you hvnt watch this one, i really2 recommend this)
2. umareru (horikita maki, ohkura tadayoshi-kanjani8,nakajima kento-sexy zone. family drama with interesting plot)
3. my boss my hero (nagase tomoya-tokio, tegoshi yuuya-news. really-really funny)
4. last friend (nagasawa masami, nishikido ryo-kanjani8. good story, and in this drama you will get to see ryo's acting quality as he acted as a n abusive boyfriend)
5. Boku no ikiru michi (tsuyoshi kusanagi-smap. kusanagi as a cancer patioent to wait for his death. really-really touching)

I love the concept of Ending Planner actually. And since I don't really care who played in it I guess I can say I kind of like the drama. The plot of giving off someone after they died just appealed to me since I've watched a drama like that before, though it's an american drama with different plot but same concept. So it's familiar to me~

Though it may seem repetitive, please try Risou no Musuko! m(_ _)m It's a really good drama and you can really relate to it, especially when you love that person called Mom (not to mention the actors and actresses are reaaaaally good). You'd have to forgive some parts of it that stray too far from reality, but it's comedy after all. XD

And I also recommend Koizora (you may want to watch both the drama and the movie), Nobuta wo Produce, 1 Liter of Tears (oh yes I'm a sucker for tearjerkers. I test them if they can really make me cry :>).

Have you also watched Seigi no Mikata? TRY IT! (though I haven't finished it myself LOL)
